The Downstairs is a small venue for music, performances, and community events. Audience capacity tops out at around 30-40 people and is best-suited for intimate performances and presentations: Poetry and book readings, storytelling, luminary interviews, lectures, talks, workshops and crits, acoustic music and as well as private occasions. Minimum sales tab is $100/hour with no space rental fee.
The Downstairs is available for meetings and organizational events with or without bar service. Without bar service the space rental is $40/hour with a sliding scale for non-profits and community groups. Coffee and/or tea service is available for daytime meetings and custom menus are available.
